1. Definition of Subscription
The subscription plans offered through the Ruyam Books website constitute a digital content subscription system, granting limited or unlimited access to digital books, bonus content, author drafts, and physical book deliveries.

2. Types of Subscription

The subscription plans are as follows:

A Story (One-Time Payment)
All Stories (One-Time Payment)
VIP Club (One-Time Payment)

The contents and prices of the subscriptions are determined by the user’s preference, and detailed information is provided on the “Membership Plans” page.

3. Subscription Start and Duration

The subscription becomes active once the payment is completed. Subscriptions are one-time payments. There are no monthly or yearly payment plans.

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

There are no automatic subscriptions or renewals. All payments are one-time only. Users may cancel their subscription at any time and can purchase multiple subscriptions simultaneously.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
In accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, digital content services that are instantly performed and delivered in a digital environment are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
However, if no digital content has been accessed, the user may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, and a full refund will be issued.

6. Content Rights
All digital content (text, images, PDFs, ePub files, etc.) is for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, commercial use, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
Copyright is protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.

7. Service Changes and Updates
Ruyam Books reserves the right to modify the content, pricing, or release frequency of subscription plans, provided that prior notice is given.
All updates will take effect as of the published effective date.

8. User Responsibility
Users access the website with their personal username and password throughout the subscription period. Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials. Sharing these with third parties may result in account suspension.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.
Jurisdiction is granted to Istanbul Anadolu Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts.

PRIVACY POLICY

DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT (SUBSCRIPTION / PRINTED BOOK)

Parties:
Seller: Author Ruyam – Ruyam Books
Buyer: The individual who places a subscription or book order via the website

1. Subject
This agreement enters into force when the buyer places an order for a digital book, subscription, or printed book through the website.

2. Product and Service Details
The scope of this agreement includes subscription plans, access to digital content, and printed books.

3. Payment and Delivery

Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment.
Printed books are shipped within 7 business days to the address provided by the buyer.

4. Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal applies to digital content (as per the exemption in Law No. 6502).
Printed products may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and undamaged.

5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled by the Istanbul Anadolu Consumer Arbitration Committee.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Subscriptions
Users are entitled to a full refund within 14 days, provided no access has been made to the digital content.

2. Printed Books
Printed books may be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product packaging remains unopened and undamaged.

3. VIP Printed Book Benefit

If this right has been used, no refunds will be issued.
The free printed book benefit offered to VIP Club members is limited to one time only. This benefit is valid solely for those who correctly complete the shipping form provided on the subscription page. If the shipping form is not completed, the benefit will be considered as used, and no additional shipments or refunds will be provided. Users are responsible for any losses resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or unclaimed delivery addresses.

This benefit is non-transferable, cannot be used on behalf of third parties, and is only valid during the relevant subscription period.

Legal Responsibility

Ruyam Books is not obligated to verify the accuracy of users’ age declarations but reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected misuse.
